Century 21 is proud to announce their Newest Owner, Tim Campbell, Broker. Tim has left RE/MAX after 25 years to join CENTURY 21. Tim made his mark at Re/Max being one of the Top Producers year after year as well as being number 18 in the country of all Realtors as stated in REP Magazine for the 2017 calendar year. Tim made the switch to CENTURY 21 because he wanted to remain with an international brand that accepts new cutting edge ideas and make his mark in the industry he loves as one of the leaders of the new way of doing Real Estate. Yes, the industry is changing, and C21 has allowed him to utilize all his skills to develop a program to benefit small brokerages, teams and individual agents to grow their businesses and retain more of their earnings. Tim plans to grow the business model he has for the Top agents or small Brokerages who would like to have their own offices without the responsibilities of having the expenses of running a large independant office, but have affordable access to all of the back end support while retaining 100% of their commissions with and be with an International Brand. Yes, C21 has all the large support network of international marketing and technology that reflects his own philosophies, as well as the ability to relocate clients world wide (as Tim is so familiar in doing), but it is the forward thinking of C21 that is allowing an experienced Broker to take their corporation to the next level.

Tim Campbell earned his real estate license November 1977 and has been working in the industry since. “As a Top Producer throughout my career; mentoring new agents, being involved in the community through Charities, sports, associations and the network, I understand what is needed to enable clients and agents alike to succeed,” he says. “Both consumers and agents are changing – more service, better marketing, a bigger online presence and attractive/productive work spaces are required for success. I believe, myself along with the C21 brand is doing that.” They have taken huge strides to think out of the box and start working away from the old model which will benefit the end user, the client!

Tim’s career is built on working with Family, Friends, Clients, Customers, Buyers, Sellers, whether it being residential, commercial, Industrial, new home sales, developments, or resale housing . This is a one stop shop for all your real estate needs!

His current team of 5 agents was assembled starting 5 years ago and are quite busy in he Windsor/Essex county market. They have a combined knowledge base of over 60 years in all facets of the industry. Tim’s new office will be hiring Teams and individuals who are interested in growing their business and he is looking forward to mentoring the agents to grow their own businesses and their own Teams at his location. Tim says local philanthropy is another key priority in his business and his team is involved with various charities in the community.
